At Uganda media women’ association, we have resources in form of Human Resource, the individuals and personnel responsible for performing the tasks for the purpose of achievement of goals and objectives of the organization. The skills include management and administrative skills, development communication skills, human rights skills, gender inclusiveness skills, reporting skills and editing skills, journalism skills, video documenting skill among others.
Apart from the human resource, the organization has its own premises located in Kisaasi –Bukoto Kampala seated on a one acre with spacious office rooms, a resource centre and a radio station.
A radio has made us acquire radio equipments, like a production studio, two on air studios, equipments, a mast and a transmitter.
